Very warm welcome from Goya and her staff. The food is 1st class with an excellent menu with choices from her home town in Thailand. Would highly recommend this restaurant.

Goya Bistro – St. HelensAmazing food and service! Everyone was lovely, especially Sylvia!
The Wargrave Hacienda – St. HelensOne of the best meals we’ve ever had, really enjoyed our meal and will definitely be back
Goya Bistro – St. HelensRe-visited Newton Le Willows after 25yrs, and was delighted to discover Goya’s restaurant. It is a fabulous and authentic Thai dining experience. We loved the starters - prawn rolls, chilli squid, and fresh papaya salad. The mains we delicious - green curry as good as any I have tasted in Thailand, combined nicely with coconut rice. The staff were attentive and kindly provided a Dyson fan to help us cool down from the summer heat. Well done Goya and your team!
Goya Bistro – St. HelensLovely food, excellent service…very accommodating…will definitely be back soon!
Goya Bistro – St. HelensFour of us dined here on a Friday evening The restaurant is quite cosy but that wasn’t a problem. The food from the starter to the main meal was just superb. I had the chilli Pad Thai it was delicious, very generous portion too. Everyone said the same about their meals. Just one of the best meals we have all had in a long time. Service was also very good very attentive friendly staff. Will definitely return here soon .
Goya Bistro – St. HelensLovely food & you could tell the chef / owner really cared about the quality of her food that came out and looked after us. The food was a great portion and delicious. Would definitely want to go again!
Goya Bistro – St. HelensExcellent food, fast and friendly service an a reasonable price for high quality food
Goya Bistro – St. HelensAlways a superb meal, fantastic service and cannot wait for my next visit
Goya Bistro – St. HelensFour friends dined here, all had very tasty starters and main courses. Service was prompt and very friendly. Would highly recommend to friends and family. Very reasonably priced for quality food.
Goya Bistro – St. HelensFoos as always was superb. I started with the chilli chicken which were marinated slices of chicken, lightly deep fried with a Thai Scirracha Chilli Sauce. Plenty of chicken, but maybe a little more sauce, but I was very tasty. Main meal was crispy pork belly chilli pad noodles. It certainly had a kick to it and the but size pieces of belly pork were superb. Very crispy and moist, perfectly cooked. I did leave some and the offer to take the rest away was tempting, I am regretting the decision not to today. Service was attentive and really good too.
Goya Bistro – St. HelensThe bistro is small but not claustrophobic. There is a real sense of family (in the figurative and literal way) among the staff. Me and my partner are vegan and the staff were able to advise what dishes could be made to a vegan recipe, very helpful indeed. The food is the best for a good few miles around and took me back to being in Thailand with the authenticity. I'd eat here every night if I could!
Goya Bistro – St. HelensDelicious food with excellent service. Everyone should eat here! Authentic Mexican food and amazing value for money, we live quite a way away so don't manage to get there as often as we would like. Yummy!
The Wargrave Hacienda – St. HelensAnother excellent meal, tried some different starters this time and they were delicious, Goya always makes her customers feel good with her happy personality
Goya Bistro – St. HelensI eat here alone on a Wednesday evening 10 days prior to taking 5 friends. I thoroughly enjoyed my first visit, hence the recommendation Unfortunately, although the food was excellent, the evening was spoiled by the wrong food turning up. Also two of the mains came as a starter, even though we already had our starter Food excellent, service disappointing, but down to one man. The two women were great and tried to right his wrongs Not sure if I will return
The Wargrave Hacienda – St. HelensFist time here, certainly not the last! Food lovely. Staff very friendly and good prices. Only one thing not right. One female bar person was using a vape behind the bar, not allowed surely???? Will be back soon.
The Wargrave Hacienda – St. HelensThis was our very first visit to Goya and it definitely won’t be our last, in fact we booked our next visit before we left. The food was outstanding. I have never tasted such flavoursome spring rolls. My husband had the mixed platter and everything was amazing. We ordered the chilli pad Thai and massaman curry with jasmine rice, 5*. We loved every single bite. We loved that it was very small and intimate and not like main stream Thai restaurants. Thank you for such a wonderful meal and we can’t wait to come back again.
