Lovely boutique Thai restaurant - intimate and cosy, with amazing food. Goya, the owner and chef came down to talk to all her customers - lovely touch. Highly recommended :)

We had a lovely meal here last night. Goya is such a friendly, welcoming person who went out of her way to make sure we had an exceptional experience. The food was delicious- better than any Thai restaurant I’ve been to in Manchester, for sure. Everything is freshly cooked and homemade. The chicken spring rolls were hot, crunchy and tasty and the Penang curry was just the right level of spice, tangy and creamy. Very reasonably priced too. You need to book in advance as it’s a small and intimate venue but it’s definitely worth it. Thank you Goya- we’ll be back!

Me and my wife went here for date night and we have a mixed review. The food was incredible really tasty and excellent value for money! Couldnt fault the mains. The desert was not as good, i ordered brownies with ice cream the brownies were just the ones you get from asda in the multi pack and icecream had hard bits of ice in. The entrance was through the pub and it felt a little intimidating, they could do with a restaurant entrance. Nether the less i have already planned to visit again with some friends who also love spicy food because the food here is great P.s tell your waiters that they arent supposed to remove plates until everyone is done thats just usual UK etiquette

This was our first visit and oh boy what a treat it was. The food was just simply amazing and the price was very reasonable. My words can not tell you how good it was, well worth a visit. The staff are friendly and very helpful, I will be making this a regular place to eat.

Food was absolutely lovely, the only jiggle is that the staff were trying to clear the tables before everyone had finished eating. But apart from that we could not fault it.

A lovely Thai experience in a small very friendly Bistro style restaurant. Book in advance if you want a specific date or weekend, it gets booked up for a very good reason but the online booking system is excellent. We visited mid week, it was our first visit and first impression was Excellent. It is small but has a great atmosphere, there was the buzz of people enjoying their evening always a good sign. Goya the owner/chef showed us to our table and offered help if we needed any advice on the menu. You are not rushed, evening bookings mean you have the table for the evening, but you can book for 1700hrs and may need to vacate your table before the evening bookings but 90 mins/2 hours is good for a meal. The menu offers Vegetarian option, GF, and NO MSG!. There is a licensed bar and the wine menu albeit limited was not an issue we were there for the Thai experience. Excellent menu, check online and get an idea, we had starters of "Heavenly Beef" Wow!! and fresh papaya salad both brilliant!. The "king prawn red curry" was delicious full of flavour as was the pan fried "Pad Khing". If you are regular visitors to Thailand and love your food "Thai" hot then let Goya know, I am sure she will be more than happy to boost the chilli level, however, we found the chilli level & flavour in our dishes perfect. This is a genuine Thai food experience using all the ingredients you would get in Thailand. 100% on our revisit list, although we don't live in the area we are more than happy to make the journey to enjoy quality Thai food.

Recommended to me by a friend. I have to say the most full flavoursome Thai food I've had outside Thailand. Service brilliant, portions perfect. Absolutely recommend. In Arnie style "I'll be back"

Visited for the 1st time last night, warmly welcomed by our fantastic host/waitress for the night. Service was amazing. We chose the homemade chicken spring rolls for starters then had King Prawn Pad Thai and a Yellow Curry with Pork Belly and Rice for mains......and WOW this has to be hands down the best Thai food we have ever had and one of the best meals in any restaurant. We will definitely be returning here many times.

We’ve been before but took friends who had lived in Newton for 30yrs and had never been They described it as “the best meal they’d had on the high st “ - that sums Goya up! Great menu, great staff, fabulous food It’s a small venue so I suggest you book
