Fab pub serving fantastic food. Recommended by the cottage we were staying in at Budle Bay and didn’t disappoint. I had the chestnut roast and my husband had the beef dinner, absolutely delicious. Dog friendly too. Staff very friendly.

I can honestly say it was the best poe I have ever ate. The rest of my family lives there food also as well as the atmosphere itself. The staff couldn’t be more helpful we can’t wait to go back.

Kids happy so that’s always a bonus. The fish and chips was great as was the burger. Only reason I didn’t give it full marks was that it lacked a little atmosphere. Just needs some nice music in the background!
