Great little restaurant with really knowledgeable staff. The menu is comprehensive and the food quality very good. The problem we both had was the temperature of the food on delivery, nothing was above lukewarm and we both felt that really detracted from the overall pleasure of eating.

What a lovely restaurant! I’m from Norwich originally but moved away many years ago. We came back for the day to take my stepmom out to lunch. We wanted to go for quality and we found it! Superb food, beautifully cooked. A series of excellent dishes, quality ingredients, very pleasant attentive service and our waitress / co-owner (?) seemed to be Portuguese. Definitely recommend

Booked dinner for a party of 9 and the staff very accommodating and menu choices handed in day before. Table ready for us on arrival and service very very good. Starters were absolutely delicious and main courses plentiful and very good too. Only small note was that food not very hot.

We had a beautiful meal last night, each course was superb, steak cooked to perfection. I don't normally go for a Creme Brulee but a friend had told me that Jorges does the best one...and it was divine...I savoured every mouthful! A lovely atmosphere in the restaurant and very friendly staff. I will continue to recommend Jorges to everyone Thank you for a lovely evening!

This is the second time we have been to Jorges, this was the first time as parents having a welcome break! Cannot fault the food, we always order too much but it is so delicious. The staff are super friendly, explaining the menu and regularly checking in to make sure everything is ok. We had the steak sharing board (which was absolutely incredible) so much steak but you cannot stop eating it, and some veggie sides at at attempt to feel slightly more healthy! I love that the restaurant is small and intimate, although we were sat next to a noisy birthday table which made conversing more difficult with each other - absolutely no fault of the restaurant at all. We will definitely be back again in the future.

We have been wanting to try ghe restaurant for a while now so finally got in for a Saturday lunch. We went off the Tapas menus choosing 6 dishes and the cold meat and rustic bread. The food was fantastic as was the service from attentive knowledgeable waiting staff. The restaurant felt very cosy and welcoming. Thank you we will definitely be back again to try the evening menu.
