We eat frequently at this restaurant, food is always delicious and staff are extremely good, courteous, cannot fault the service or the food.

I have been previously to Quattros and really enjoyed the whole experience, however this time, i was slightly disappointed. We waited approximately 5 minutes to be greeted at the door and shown to a table even though the staff knew we was there. When the manager on duty finally did come to take us to the table, we really struggled to understand what he was saying, which meant ordering the food a little awkward. However, one thing that really annoyed me, was the fact that i ordered a cranberry juice which i only poured a small amount into the glass, however the manager felt the need to take it upon himself to come over without being asked and proceed to pour the rest of the cranberry juice into the glass, firstly without my permission,- he didn't even ask me if it was ok, and walk away without saying anything. I found that very poor service as i didn't want it all pouring into the glass as it waters the taste down with the ice. I like to have my drinks served the way i want it without any interverence. I also found the fact that the manager was constantly looking to see if people had finished and remove the plates very quickly, which yet again is poor management skills. Its lovely to have a nice perfectly clean restaurant but at the cost of maknig there customers feel like they need to eat quickly to take their plates/glasses away immediatly after they have finished. Give people time to completly finish all their meals without hovering. Albeit, the food was delicious( as always) but we felt the manager on duty needs to relax a little and never presume to empty peoples drinks without asking them- very poor manners.

I have now used Quattro's several times and, since the first visit, have never been disappointed with any aspect of the food, staff or cost. I would not hesitate to recommend it.

Just what we needed after a stressful day. Greeted by lovely people and, as usual, served a great meal. The surroundings and atmosphere are always furst class

We enjoyed a very enjoyable lunch with friends. Staff were welcoming and friendly and the meal was delicious as usual.

Got to be best Italian restaurant around here. The food is consistently incredible and plenty of choices. Service first class friendly staff who are on the mark. Will keep going there

Excellent as usual. It was a bank holiday and everyone seemed to arrive at once but the staff remained calm and the service, although not quite as fast as normal, was excellent in the circumstances. Food was fabulous. The mussels starter on the specials menu we amazing and very generous. Everything else was the usual very high standard. Lovely staff

Second time there and we enjoyed every minute. Tasty food, good atmosphere and great service. Nerino was very friendly and a pleasure to meet him. We will be back soon!

Lovely meal last night, first class food & service.

There’s nothing this place can do to make it any better for the man at the front desk to the bar staff all welcoming and food is amazing as usual would recommend this place to anyone

As ever food and service exemplary

Booked a meal here before a concert in Liverpool. Good job I had booked as the place was extremely busy. Only managed the main course each and a side order, but the food was spot on. Delivered absolutely hot (how I like my food, not lukewarm). Staff were friendly although they were busy. Risotto was absolutely lovely along hubby's pasta dish. Will be back to enjoy in a more leisurely pace. Thank you.
