Had a really bad meal and service last year so haven't been for 12 months Food very much Improved from 2025 Sat in bar area not that nice and place And quite cold Otherwise ok

The service was very good and prompt, having enjoyed the gammon previously disappointed it was very salty this time the other meals were fine.

It's our go to pub when visiting family. We always have good meals with friendly service. Good menu choices lunch or evening meals.

We had a lovely meal at the Queens head. The food was excellent it's just a shame it was soo clod in there.

A party of 5 for Sunday lunch, lots of choice apart from the roast. Service was good, food tasty and plentiful. Good value.

Great food. I had Cajun salmon, roasted veg and new potatoes. Gluten free and delicious. My husband had steak pie, chips and green veg. He was very impressed. Too full for dessert! Staff were lovely and helpful despite the place being full.

Excellent food, clean restaurant and polite staff. The menu had lots to pick from that went beyond your usual burgers and pizza. Highly recommend!

A lovely welcome from smiling staff. Excellent choice of food. We were a party of 5 and all of our food choices were excellent. Plenty of food, hot and very tasty. Great value for money and a warm and inviting atmosphere. We had dogs with us and had a great table in the bar area.

The food was fantastic, one of our party is gluten free and the choice on the menu for gluten free meals is one of the best we have seen. Excellent quality, service was very quick and the staff were all friendly. We sat in the conservatory area of the restaurant which was very nice. Would definitely go again.

The Queen's Head was a great find. We were looking for somewhere midway between homes for a family meal and liked the look of the place and the menu. Four of us had different starters, mains and desserts. All were generous portions, well presented and tasted delicious. The staff were friendly and professional. We all agreed that we'll have another meal there soon.

Fabulous meal and great service.

Table for 6, a birthday meal. Very friendly staff, great food and accomodating for pets. I would thoroughly recommend the Ribeye steak which was cooked to perfection.

Table for 5 all had excellent meals, service was good.

Excellent Sunday lunch yesterday at The Queen’s Head. We were a table of five and we all said it was the best Sunday Roast we have had in years! Thank you so much, we will definitely return when in the area again! Thoroughly recommend it!
