My girlfriend and I visited a couple months ago and we loved the food and service. We recently came back for the second time and it was just as good as the first. The staff were great, super friendly, and the food was lovely. We've recommended Maritimo to all our friends and family and look forward to coming again.

Location and views perfect. Really felt like we were in Spain. Unfortunately the service was terrible. We were left a very long time before having to ask ourselves if we could order as they had forgotten about us. Everyone else was served well even diners arriving after us so it must have been a blip. We then had to wait over an hour for the food. A young man did come and apologize and offered us a free round of drinks which was nice and luckily the food was worth the wait as it was absolutely delicious and can not be faulted.

My favourite place for an evening out with good friends, for lovely food and the best view in Plymouth.

Great food, great service from all especially the lady who I think is the owner. Couldn’t fault it and an unbelievable view. Highly recommend

Very nice food, beautiful scenery looking over the water and good value for money for the amount of dishes we were able to try. Very helpful staff, Would definitely recommend to anyone, especially the chorizo.

Came here for my post-graduation meal and wasn't disappointed. Every dish was delicious and the service was very friendly. Sat on the balcony overlooking the sea at sunset, was everything I hoped for. 3 of us ordered 7 dishes to share plus dessert and came to £75 which seemed a *bit* steep but the venue made up for it

A lovely meal with friendly service. Enjoyed tapas after a hot busy weekend watching sailing in Plymouth. A good informal setting overlooking the sound would recommend.

The food was delicious however the meal was ruined by the fact we had to sit in a winter jackets! The restaurant was colder inside than out and yet downstairs the windows were closed and the temperature was ambient. No staff offered a reason fornthe cold temperature drspite being asked or made any effort to close windows despite the shivering! It ruined what would have been a lovely birthday meal, as you can imagine we did not stick around for desert or an extra drink!

Lovely location, friendly excellent service and delicious food. What more do you need? Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner here and would totally recommend.

We had a table for 4 over a lunchtime and ordered 9 tapas between us could have done with a little more, however food was really nice. They have an extensive wine list but the available beers seemed limited and not written in the menu. The service was adaquate but change over of staff meant we had a delay in the bill being paid .There are a lot of steps to get down which could be a struggle for some buy the veiws were fab and will definitely return.

Met up with our eldest son who lives in Plymouth, who we hadn't seen since Christmas Lovely place, great views even during a torrential rainstorm! The staff were excellent but our wonderful waitress, Taya, was amazing, such a lovely person. Food was epic and I loved my Mocktail. Great value for money. Can't wait to return

Had a table for 5 on a sunny lunchtime.We chose to sit inside as it was a little windy.The views are great. We ordered 11 tapas between us and that was more than enough.Food was very nice and we pretended we were in Spain,that is where we would have been if not for Covid.A very good choice on the menu,presented nicely and came up in a timely fashion.atmosphere was good with guitar music in the background.I would certainly eat here again and recommend a visit.Staff were friendly and efficient.Just a word of warning,we had to go down several flights of stairs to get to our table so if you are not to agile be aware.It wasnt a problem for us as it happened,but might be best to mention when booking if you have any disability.Dont know if they have disabled access or not.A thoroughly lovely lunchtime.Thankyou.

The view was beautiful. Food was cooked to perfection, tasted great and the service was spot on. All food came at once and we wasn't waiting long either. They kept our drinks topped up which was great as it was a scorcher that day too. Thankyou maritimo for a great birthday meal
