We enjoyed an absolutely fabulous tapas lunch yesterday. The service was very good and the food was amazing. Only downside was the accessibility for me but I managed the stairs eventually!. Highly recommended

I have now visited Maritimo 3 times since starting work here in Plymouth. Each time the welcome, service and food has been excellent. Just prior to the easing of restrictions I had a table booked for the Saturday and the weather was due to be terrible. The restaurant even phoned me in the morning to check I was still going, which I did. The weather was bad but it didn't dampen the atmosphere or the friendliness of the staff and the terrace was still full I highly recommend Maritimo it is now one of my go to places to eat in Plymouth

Our first get together since lockdown and what a lovely day we had the food was lovely very good value and quality. Service was extremely good staff very pleasant and efficient. Added to all this the weather was gorgeous which made the day even more enjoyable the view is something else all in all I would certainly recommend a visit here and we shall be returning.

Great location, lovely food and great service. We had three courses, a bottle of wine and another drink each and the bill came to under £100 for a couple. Great value in my view.

The setting was superb, the food gorgeous, the staff attentive (without being overpowering) and the atmosphere Mediterranean. Only downside was the 2 slices of bread provided to mop up the wonderful sauces, when asked for more, plenty came with olive oil and balsamic vinegar and a price of £3.95!

We spent a lovely few hours at Maritimo for my mum's birthday. The food was fantastic as always. And service was also great. Such a beautiful spot and a fabulous restaurant. I have never been disappointed on any visit.

This is a seriously good restaurant with stunning views, wonderful staff who are very attentive and the best tapas this side of heaven. It's also very reasonably priced and I can't recommend this place enough.

Second time at maritimo and both have been lovely experiences. This time was during Covid restrictions where everything was clear but still very relaxing. The food incredible and such good value. Staff friendly and helpful. The view speaks for itself!

Amazing food with perfect service . Couldn’t of asked for better. The food was perfectly cook and so tasty , social distancing and Covid rules were all very well organised as well. Great value for money. Can’t wait to come back .

Visited on Friday 16th April for lunch....all COVID-19 protocols were observed by the staff who ensured all tables and furniture were given a thorough clean once tables were vacated. The food was excellent, both in terms of quality and choice. Not too long a wait for the food and it arrived hot and nicely presented. We enjoyed every dish and the service was superb. Maritimo is a favourite of ours and we will be back soon.

The best restaurant. The food is absolutely brilliant and the service and friendly staff really create a great atmosphere. Me and my partner always have a good time there. Can not recommend it enough.

Lovely opening night after lockdown , 04.2021. Superb wine (single vineyard rioja) and tapas. Probably the best resturant view in the city. Thank you. Have a great summer .

First trip out since Lockdown easing and warmly welcomed by the staff. The tables were clean and beneath an awning that was high enough not to feel hemmed in. All Covid precautions were taken. The tapas was good as was the sangria . We felt like we were on holiday. We had a great time and will be revisiting soon.

The whole experience to be honest. Was fantastic. I messaged for a booking. Then got a reminder Needed to change my booking slightly. Again prompt quick replies was impressed with the contact. Arrived greeted with pleasantness made to feel very welcome , Great menu great choice. Prompt service food hot and very delicious. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Also great banter too The whole experience was amazing. And felt I’d been transported back to Spain for at least 3 hours.

What a place to eat tapas and enjoy the beautiful scenery,I was here recently,a little quiet due to the current covid situation,but my husband and I had a lovely visit,the food was good and reasonably priced ,that was a bonus considering the restaurant is in a prime position,staff really friendly lovely day.
