First time visiting. Wouldn't go back. Food was freezing, no matter what chicken dish we grabbed, it was pink on the inside. Dirty tables and dirty plates. Miserable stuff walking around. Terrible value for money. We ate half a plate then left and had to go elsewhere for dinner.

I visited with some friends who had never been on Tuesday the 13th, and there was even pancakes there for pancake day. Truly the best all you can eat buffet I have ever been to. Not only is there variety, the food itself is sensational. I also love how you can try new things and the staff never look judgey if you do not finish your plate, and want to get up for something else.

Most of all I booked after looking up the prices online and was £14.99 per person. When we arrived it was £18.99 per person. I told the person that took my money that you need to update your website with prices. She said that is down to the customer. Will never go back.

There was confusion regarding my booking where some of the party wasn’t there and we ended up paying for everyone which was easily sorted. I find the bar staff quite rude as I am always standing along the bar and one time I didn’t I was asked to not queue behind the person and move but my last visit people were stood where I had with nothing mentioned. The drinks are very reasonably priced.

But we went as a family of ten which we booked for 6pm. The table was clean and set out. But it was so busy there lots of trays of food empty and when we asked for more they said it's just coming but it didn't. Also there was no plates in the areas were plates should be so had to keep asking for a plate. Then when we went for dessert there was no bowls. We paid alot more for the evening buffet then we do at lunchtime but we will not be coming back again for the evening it was not worth the money.

Spoon World Buffet and Bar – PortsmouthWouldn’t go again. Everything is kept hot of course but it’s all sat there all day going dry. Went for my birthday and I was told they did carvery. There was a measly bit of pork swimming in greasy water, some carrots, potatoes and cheap shop bought yorkshires. No gravy no other veg. All basically just noodles and curry and kids popcorn chicken and chicken nuggets. The only part I enjoyed was the desserts
