We booked a table for 14.00 on Father’s Day. Was seated quickly. Staff very friendly. Only down side was we were there 45 minutes, and hardly any food. Nothing was refilled and trays remained empty. Heard several complaining I also complained regarding this. Time limit is 1.5 hours and we are mostly nuggets. So the price we paid for this was a joke and not impressed. Been here many times before, never an issue but this time was appalling, and most probably would not come again on a special day.

Ive never been to a restaurant that refuses to let me in for my booking when a guest was late. I have cancer and bone disease and the waiting didnt help. Requst for a cushion was ignored even though i asked in advance. Food was ok but some things were not refilled. Crispy duck with no wraps? Small plates? No napkins.

The food was awful yesterday at spoons, 5 of us arrived for my sons birthday and I was extremely disappointed and wanted to talk to management about compensation, the food was mildly warm and the availability was really really poor.

Plenty of variations of food, hardly any vegan options, chips were rubbery and pasta just tasted like water. You need yo cater for vegans too.

Very disappointed went for my friends birthday Sunday evening table booked for 7.30 when we got there some of the food trays wad already emptied and not topped up at all throughout the evening so limited food offered they said you get an hour and a half but there was hardly any deserts when we got there and after having main food went to desert counter before the end of out time and the staff had cleared everything away so didn't get any deserts shame as we book regularly as a group but not sure we will go again

Food was cold and tasteless and service areas dirty.Very low quality for what was charged and will not go back or recommend to others.Drinks majorly overpriced and again glassware dirty Was a birthday celebration which was ruined and left after one plate of food having left the majority of it

Fantastic food so much to choose from. A very clean restaurant with pleasant staff I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants a good meal and drinks

First time. Normally go to cosmos . Went for my daughter’s 18th . The lady downstairs was silent and hiding . Nearly missed her . Man seating is didn’t speak . So we sat at a table no clue what to do. So went up and got food and went to bar and were given water out of tumblers . No very grown up . And we have coeliac and hardly any options. Was not great . They take your money and then give a poor service. But for non coeliacs the food was basic but good. The pizza had cheese but no base sauce which amused my children. Cheap food. Definitely not as good as cosmo .

Went for my partner's birthday. Could of cooked better food at home

I thought that the staff we rude and unfriendly, particularly the chap that seats you, also the bar man… but if your looking for cheap food you will have to put up with that…

We want there for the halal food, I asked one of the kitchen staff if the meat was halal but couldn't even understand what we meant and couldn't even giving us an answer the other chife had explained that the meats are 100% halal but the cross contamination is at high risk witch he can't granted for the meats to be halal. The quality of the food was not good at all even the chocolate fountain was really runny chocolate the cakes and dessert teasted very awful. We will not recommend to any one and we will revisited.

We really love the Portsmouth Spoon World Buffet. My husband sticks to the plentiful Chinese food, but I love trying a bit of everything! I'm vegetarian and I really love how there is plenty of variety and it's all well signed with what's got meat in and what hasn't. Also, fizzy vimto is on free refills - what's not to love!

We are a family of 6 with different tastes. Food was good plenty to choose from, decent amount of vegan/ vegetarian options. Staff were polite and really good value for money
