Lovely restaurant, my partner and I are of the younger generation of 20 and love the restaurant. Cannot put a fault on it and the food is outstanding.

Mews Thai – Poulton-Le-FyldeOn reading some rather mixed reviews of this long established on sugarvive.com I think I should offer the views of a regular diner at this restaurant and many others both within the Fylde coast and further a field. I have dined at The Mews possibly every couple of months over the last seven years. I have never experiences a restaurant of such consistency, never having experienced a bad meal in this restaurant, my own mood dictating the level of enjoyment. The service levels meets expectations, for all able bodied customers I highly recommend sitting at a "low table" or "on the cushions", these are large low tables which can seat from 2 to 8 people, wear something comfortable. You may experience some initial discomfort, but, kick your shoes off ! In my experience those at the "low tables" are generally the last to leave the restaurant. The food is very good, the wine list is acceptable, the ambience - especially on the "low tables" is memorable. The Thai Mews in my opinion offers excellent value for money, I highly recommend the "Combi Starter", especially if you operate a "swapsy" policy with your fellow diners ! This and a substantial main course, selected rice and noodle dishes are unlikely to cost more than £20 per head and with wine from £8.50 per bottle this restaurant offers excellent cuisine in comfortable surroundings without snobby prices.
Mews Thai – Poulton-Le-FyldeNow then, a restaurant that is ya granny's cafe by day and a Thai restaurant by night is a strange and endearing concept. Having said that the food here is proper top-notch and fresh as a daisy (not on the menu) and if you are lucky you will get to sit down on the floor in the upstairs part Thai style. Admittedly I once sat on a well hidden prawn wanton from an early Mews reveller and it played havoc with the fibres on my Diesal jeans however it came out in the wash as the food is so fresh. Much recommended and take ya granny there too.. she might appreciate a change from a scone!! Bojo Boris x
Mews Thai – Poulton-Le-FyldeI love Jade garden. I dine there on special occasions, but use take away service regularly. This is not a fast food restaurant. It's a special, personal service with excellent food. You will feel pampered. You aren't hurried and the staff make your evening special. That's worth paying for! Can't wait to go there again!
Jade Garden Chinese Restaurant – Poulton-Le-FyldeAlways enjoy this restaurant the staff are friendly the food is top notch and the wine is good value
Ricos Italian Restaurant – Poulton-Le-FyldeHaving recently been to singleton lodge i was most impressed the surroundings were enchanting and the staff were extremely friendly . above all the food was excellent fillet steak was cooked to perfection.
Singleton Lodge Country House Hotel – Poulton-Le-FyldeExcellent Thai restaurant, certainly worth a visit. You won't be disappointed. Try the set meal - very good value.
Thai by Night – Poulton-Le-FyldeThis is my favourite restaurant in Poulton and I usually go on a Sunday when it is quieter. Very good value for money the mixed starters are superb and the food is always hot and freshly cooked The house wine is very reasonably priced and I have always found the staff very pleasant and helpful. Sometimes there is a waiting time for the food but that is because it is all freshly cooked.

Mews Thai – Poulton-Le-FyldeWe came in for some food one afternoon with a friend, great apart from the service which was lacklustreŠNo one likes to see a waitress smoking seconds before serving food. I? sure that you have policies intact to avoid this sight. Otherwise it? a lovely place to eat.
Poulton Elk JD Wetherspoons – Poulton-Le-FyldeWe went for a group dinner on Saturday (8 of us and a leather clad loud mouth!!). The food was excellent and the service was remarkably quick allowing us to be seated and out of the restaurant within 2 hours.... always a pleasure to eat here and will be visiting again as always.
Mews Thai – Poulton-Le-FyldeMixed feelings about this restaurant. We were a party of 5. The food was excellent quality and the portions were generous. However the service was slow, seated at 8pm. First course arrived just before 9pm and 2nd course just after 10pm! We had had to chase both courses. Also one starter and one main course were cold and had to be sent back. However we were given a complimentary bottle of house wine. We hadn't been advised in advance we would be seated on the floor and I was quite cold, feet especially. The ambience was very pleasant and the staff were all polite. As the food was so good, I will probably give the restaurant one more chance in case the bad service was just a one off.
Mews Thai – Poulton-Le-FyldeYou can't really go wrong with chinese and China Red didn't fail to deliver. I visited China Red with a hen party after a previous disappointing meal for 2. This is definitely a place to go with a group. If it's a quiet, intimate meal you're after - steer well clear. Otherwise, an excellent place to visit with a bunch of mates for a good night out.
China Red – Poulton-Le-FyldeA lovely restaurant which has not gone down the usual Poulton route of absolute mediocrity. Had a lovely meal here. Lovely starters of soup and deep fried vegetables, followed by chicken with noodles and the most divine sea bass I have had in a long while. The service was wonderful, and although the restaurant was full to capacity, we didn't feel crowded. We will certainly be going here for Thai in future.
Thai by Night – Poulton-Le-FyldeThis is one of ma fave restaurants because the staff are very friendly and the food is excellent. My fave food there is the chicken, it? a must. The tiramisu is nice to. But my favourite dessert chocolate fudge cake. I think everyone should try it.
Dom’s Italian – Poulton-Le-FyldeNon-smoking restaurant and very busy now so best to ring ahead so you won't be disappointed. Food was fantastic and atmosphere great. Will definitely go back.
Thai by Night – Poulton-Le-FyldeOne of my favourite restaurants and as we eat out a lot, that saying something). The food is always great and now with new chef it is even better and the service generally very good. What we like best is the atmosphere which is typically Italian, plenty of cheery chat. It is always a great night out.
Dom’s Italian – Poulton-Le-FyldeSuperb evening with an excellent ambiance. Having tested the fish cakes for starters along with the Thai salad our party of four were more than impressed The main course only furthered our initial impressions. Thai by Night so far seems to have secured the mantle of Poulton? premier oriental restaurant. Fully recommendable, you won't be disappointed.
