Food amazing, staff could not do enough the atmosphere was great

Can't recommend the Lord Strange highly enough. Good quality food at a very reasonable price not to mention the fabulous cocktails & attentive staff. Really looking forward to trying the Wednesday pie night.

Visited on pie night, our first time eating at the Lord Strange but have visited for drinks many times previously. Food was fabulous, pies very tasty, great service and value for money and would definitely come back to eat again

Best Chinese takeaway in Prescot. Chicken vermicelli is amazing. Never had a bad meal from here.

FANTASTIC CHIPPY Food is fresh & tasty and always served with a smile. From the gorgeous fish n chips that are huge delicious portions to the tasty meals and Thai & Chinese dishes. All are superb and well worth value for money. Very happy & highly recommend this supper bar ? 10/10

Never witnessed a complete meltdown in anywhere like today! Ran out of John Smiths and Carling, then the grill broke and no garlic bread or New York chicken! Then nobody serving at the bar for 15mins, God knows where everyone went!! Finished my steak and then my sauce arrived as well as the same for my mum! Then my dads Roast turned up and I could have used the veg as a weapon it was that hard! I go here all the time but the last couple of times have been awful!!

I visited the Copper Pot Knowsley, this was my first visit. I waited for 10 mins to be seated as there seemed to be no staff around, when we eventually got seated we had a choice of tables as the restaurant was inly about 1/3 full. We waited again for about 5 mins before the waitress came to the table and asked us were we ready to order and what drinks we wanted, we asked for more time to check out the menu but ordered our drinks. 15 mins later we had to ask a waitress again for our drinks and said we were ready to order, she then said she was busy and disappeared, about ten minutes later she returned and took our food order and assured us our drinks were on the way. Another 5 minutes past still no drinks, we noticed during this time two staff sat having a a break and eating a meal other staff we looking through the whole behind them having a good chat which was annoying it seamed so close but yet so far for us to get any decent service. Eventually our meals came, the waitress never smiled once and didn't even ask if we wanted sauces etc. Shortly followed by our drinks, we had been sat in the restraunt for about 40 minuets by this time. The meal was really nice I must admit, but this was tainted by slow service and the gathering of staff and the laughter from the staff at the table facing us. I am about to celebrate my 50th birthday and was looking to see if my family and I would have a special experience at the Copper Pot while having my birthday meal. I don't think my family would be happy with their experience if this was the case again on the day. I will try the Copper Pot again mainly because of the lovely food, but if the service is as bad again we won't be visiting again I hope that whatever went wrong on my first visit was a one off, as its a place I would love to regularly attend. Poor customer service served uncooked sausages and when I went back to complain was offered more food, disgusting.

I Love Plain Chicken Curry, it's the best in the whole of Prescot. Love Paul

Chicken Chow Main we had went in the bin, chicken was slimy. Not happy.

Vegetarians are well catered for here. There are a couple of veggie options on the main menu, but if you ask for it there is a separate Veggie only menu which has loads of choice. Dined here a couple of weeks ago and the staff couldn't do enough for us - extremely welcoming, obliging and helpful. The chef even came to see us at our table and said basically, he'd cook us whatever we wanted. The food and the service were both excellent. Well done Kozi's for being so Vegetarian-Friendly. :)

This Wetherspoons is a digrace the way the treat the patrons. If you're disabled the manger treats you like her does not want you in there in. The food if you can call it food is disgraceful, the dark ambiance is so you cannot see the dirt the manger needs sacking

We came to Kozi for Christmas lunch yesterday 15th Dec there were 18 of us. Despite 3 visits to the reastaurant prior to our celebration to ensure that it went well we very very dissapointed with the servcie. The upstairs room was very cold upon arrival and again despite a specificrequest to have pre arranged wine on the table there was not.,the tables looked anything but festive. No glasses or anything it looked very thrown on, plain napkin and cultry.(Wich were all very mix and match) There was a mix up with one roast turkey an roast pork wich the waiter said that some one has taken the wrong meal, indicating that the fault was ours! To be fair the food was very nice when it arrived despite the mushroom rissotto could have been garnished as it looked very bland but tasted Excellant! The waiter had to come back up three separate times to let us know that there we differeant sweets no longer avaiable, we could tell also that the waiter and waitresses were as hacked of as we were at that point. Very dissapointed in the service wich was a shame as the food that we had was good. Feed back is importat and we wanted to give local business our custom but I think we may have to look elswhere next time.
