Great service we did enjoy it .

The food was very good indeed. The staff were friendly and considerate. The place keeps improving which is no easy task when it's already pretty much top notch. I had however one minor quibble: when I received my dessert (mouth watering Tiramisu) it came with a ball of strawberry ice cream which was third rate. Why spoil something so good with something so bland ?! So, management, if you read these reviews, please give your customers better ice cream !! It doesn't matter whether it's an unexpected add-on or not, because simply providing it drags the overall quality of the dessert down.

Food was cooked to perfection , fresh and hot and the flavours were amazing. Very attentive staff , lovely atmosphere ,highly recommend this place .

Another great meal at one of our favourite restaurants. Warm welcome and friendly efficient service. Restaurant buzzing but we were not kept waiting for our meal. Excellent menu, keenly priced and delicious food. 5* all round.

Friendly and professional service Nice venue Food was lush Wine and presentation was better than some expensive restaurants in city centre. Definitely will be back

Laid back atmosphere, comfortable chairs & linen napkins made a lovely Sunday afternoon meal a treat. Food was tasty though a lot of cherry tomatoes, sun dried would have been nicer. Crème brûlée delicious wished we hadn’t shared & after eight mints hit the spot . Staff attentive & didn’t hover over us. We’re going back & would recommend

My husband and I had a wonderful evening at L'Aquila, the first time we had been. Everything about it was excellent, the smiling service, the food which was beautifully prepared. The steaks were perfectly cooked and vegetables really nice. I really liked having the sauce in a separate boat on the side so the steak isn't drowned in sauce. We both commented on that. I enjoyed the baked feta for a starter. I had never had that before and it was so tasty. Tiramisu very good too! The music was low level so we could talk . My husband hates intrusive music in a restaurant! We will definitely be coming again! Many thanks to the staff!

Went with friends on Friday night and we had the loveliest lady serving us and food was spot on! Weren’t rushed to finish food and had drinks there after too!

Great meal

Lovely evening out with my husband, the food was delicious and staff very friendly & attentive.

Beautiful place. First time trying. Service spot on and food delicious . Most definitely will be back again. Prices are reasonable. Highly recommend.
