I never miss an opportunity to eat at A’Vucciria. Superb food , great atmosphere and brilliant service . Highly recommend all the vegetarian dishes - cooked to perfection. On this occasion we had the lunchtime special , which is a bargain at £25 for two ( with a glass of wine each included) . There’s a non veggie version too.

Fantastic first meal out with friends in over 18 months! Great food - every dish was lovely especially the panelle and the carpaccio. Friendly staff with a great atmosphere. All covid secure - felt at ease. Thank you for a great night! Will be back soon!

Our favourite local!!

My partner is a vegetarian and there wasn’t much choice or variety of options. Staff were friendly enough especially the younger ones. Nice atmosphere too. Overall the vegetarian food was disappointing though and needs to be a bit more inspiring for us to go again.

fantastic from start to finish. Considering one of our members was exempt from wearing a mask, there was no questions asked, dirty looks etc like we have experienced at other places. So that instantly made us feel comfortable and welcome. As we are big fans of the island of Sicily and the food, we was keen to find out if the food here was as good. They didnt disappoint. The arancini was beautiful and a good size...just how we remember when we had the street food in Sicily. Chickpea fritters- these were a very nice surprise and defo worth trying on the menu. My husband loved the lamb chops too. Cant fault anything about the evening and we cant wait to come back! Thank you very much

I was chef for twenty years when younger so I hope I can tell amazing food when i taste it . Fabulous ambience from the Moment we walked in .. staff working their butt's off on an incredibly busy Saturday after lockdown, polite and helpful. The food ... Wow .. absolutely exquisite, I cannot wait to try more , Breasola, Cod, green beans with roasted garlic & pine nuts among my choices .. cheeses that will have your taste buds popping ! See you soon A'Vucciria .
