The food was mediocre, but the service was DREADFUL!! The waiters barely uttered a word to us apart from asking us what we wanted and asking for our money. It is quite clear that these people have no concept of good manners or customer service. The room was freezing and we were not the only guests wearing our coats inside. We will never return.

A lovely restaurant with a friendly warm atmosphere. Food was presented very well and tasted delightful, staff were all helpful. In particular the young gentleman named Sunnie, a prime example of excellent customer service.

My recommendation of the Bashundora - don't bother going there. Drab surroundings in need of refurbishment, extremely aggressive waiter who took our order. Slow service, lukewarm food. Place deserted by 10pm on a Friday night. Have been many times in the past - will never go again
