02-03-09 last evening I went to the Bedouin restaurant with 2 friends and the food was fantastic. It was the first time we have tried these dishes. We are 3 different ages, each 20 years apart, the eldest being 75.The atmosphere and the food suited us all. and we will visit again and recommend this restaurant to friends. It would have been nice if the waitress had, had a little charisma and the bill itemised. We noticed that other staff had the necessary skills, but perhaps she was new and shy.

I have been going to the Bedouin Restaurant for about 4 years. I eat there about once a month; I have never had a bad meal. The menu is varied and a large selection to choose from for each course.
Even my vegetarian friends have a job what food to choose. There is always a happy atmosphere and the staff are helpful, pleasant and fun; the owners take an active part in ensuring that their customers are happy. The food is excellent and very reasonable.
It is great to be able to go and eat Tunisian food in the heart of Bournemouth. Once through the doors, you could actually be in Tunisia with all the pleasantries and delightful smells of the delicious food that will soon be on your plate!
It is ideal for any occasion and I have enjoyed many friends' birthday dinners there; in fact, any excuse just to go there. If you drink alcohol, you can take your own as it is not sold there, but a corkage is charged, of course. It is one of the few restaurants in Bournemouth that I can thoroughly recommend to anyone and know that they will NOT be, or never have been, disappointed.
