Been going to What's Cooking in Heswall for over 20years . My last meal was extremely disappointing . The burgers ( all four of us ) were dry and tasteless . Also £3.20 for a pint of lager is extortionate . You would expect that in a top class restaurant but not a burger place .

Whats Cooking

The burgers and fries are very good. Steak isn? bad but once you balance this up against the prices, which are very cheap for the size and quality of the portions. It makes this great value for the money.

If you really want a true taste of America right in the middle of Wirral 'Whats Cooking' is certainly the place to go. While sitting amoung walls coverd in Americas finests sports you are able to sit back and enjoy it's authentic food very tasty and at a decent price, The Ambience was buzzing with good times the staff are friendly and helpful - this is definately a place worth visiting more than once!
