The Brondanw Arms is a great example of a traditional Welsh pub complete with roaring fires, cask ales, and an award-winning menu. It is known to locals as the Ring, due to its history; being originally a quayside pub before the estuary was drained and the land reclaimed. Boats that moored there were tied to The Ring, hence the parochial term. Steeped in history, the Brondanw Arms was once the home of famous architect Clough Williams Ellis. With an extensive menu, easy parking and beer garden, this 17th Century hostelry situated within the Portmeirion Estate is the perfect base for families visiting The Snowdonia National Park. Food is served daily from 12pm-9pm and you can stay over too either in the pub or at a nearby campsite.
