I went to the new Chy in Liverpool for my lunch today with a friend, as a post-birthday treat. We used a Groupon voucher which included 2 courses and a soft drink for 2 people, and it was only £12. In my opinion, it was an absolute bargain - what a lovely place. The staff were polite, willing and pleasant, the food was great and the restaurant was so pretty. Will definitely go back again.

I write this review based on a takeaway order only but the service was very poor. I only live less than 2 minutes away and by the time I was home the food was cold. We called up to ask for an explanation only to be told it was served hot and the call was disconnected, we called back to ask why the phone had been put down we were advised it was a fault on the phone line, and could we call back again in a few minutes, as they were trying to put a sale through. Needless to say we did not call back total lack of respect for a paying customer. We heated the food in the microwave, to be fair the sweet and sour chicken was nice however the beef chow mein was very dry. Would not go back based purely on the attitude of the staff. Disappointed to say the least we had high hopes of this place.

Interior beautiful staff friendly food delicious. Be sure you have lots of time though it took just over one hour for the starter and we had previously booked.
