Cupcake Nemesis
Very average even though advertises vegetarian and vegan restaurant on FB page and website, they sell bacon, chicken, lamb kebabs and hotpot! this is very misleading. The coffee and cupcake I had was not cooked properly and I saw lots of Tesco and Lidl shopping bags next to an overflowing bin. There were cake wrappers and boxes there suggesting supermarket bought items are being sold.its supposed to be all freshly made there. Owner was very grumpy and snooty when I told her coffee was cold and cupcake soggy and mushy. In short, I would never go back being treated that way. The offerings were not acceptable.

Tried the shop after noticing it on the way into town. Shop service was quite poor, I asked if they were vegetarian to be told yes. Then I realise they had marshmallow in them! They were put in to a box that was clearly not big enough so frosting stuck to lid and box, so looked a state when I got them home. Also while they can look good, they are very greasy the frosting seems to be made with margarine and won't come off your hands unless you use hot water! Very odd when the other shops I buy from are not greasy. All in all very disappointing.

These cupcakes are to die for, everyone needs to try one, I'm hooked. Excellent customer service, lots of choice don't think I've tried every flavour yet and I'm a regular. Not just cake the sandwiches and hot drinks are also great. Fab shop with a great atmosphere.

LOVE LOVE LOVE cupcake!!! Staff always willing to help and nothing is too much trouble!! Loads of flavours everyday to choose from but get there early because they are so yummy they sometimes sell out!!! Recommend the Red Velvet they are just perfect!! x

An awful place. when I went it was full of trampy looking dossers taking advantage of a cheap tea and sandwich offer. The place was chaotic and the girl with ginger hair and glasses serving behind the counter, was rude, not in the slightest interested in us except for our money, and looked as dull as dishwater. The cake we had was hard bordering on stale and I'd never go back there again. Save your money and go somewhere else.

TERRIBLE! Do not visit, got my 21st Birthday cake from here and it was not cooked - complained and got the owner arguing with me and blaming me for it being uncooked - then proceeded to say it was cooked!! whole cake wasted with ono refund, disgusting!
