I have been lucky enough to dine at some fantastic restaurants around the world over the past few years, but when I stumbled across Dal Maestro in Eastbourne I really was happily surprised. This beautiful restaurant combined the amazing service and food, such that I visited 4 nights out of a 6 night stay in Eastbourne! I enjoyed lovely Italian salads, as well as a fabulous steak meal, complimented with the perfect wines. I highly recommend this restaurant for fine dining in the most surprising of destinations. Dal Maestro was the sunshine in my day during a mid-winter, work trip to Eastbourne. 4.5 stars

Was recently in Eastbourne working with overnight stay. Decided to eat out and found this little gem of a restaurant. It's Italian and French cuisine appealed and I went for Italian which was amazing and the service was excellent. Definitely worth a visit.

My wife and I have eaten at this restaurant twice in the last few weeks, once it was crowded, once barely four couples, but on both occasions the food and service were excellent. I can thoroughly recommend the house white wine and the pannacotta is to die for. Having found such a delight expect to make regular visits to sample the wide range of dishes available.

I have just been down to Eastbourne for eight days and on the third night there, myself and my partner found this lovely little Italian restaurant. Decked out in a monotone colour, it became the best place to eat out for us. On the Saturday there was this really good singer playing, who really made the night go with a swing. All the staff are friendly and the atmosphere was second to none. The food is superb......really superb!!!! We both highly recommend a visit and will certainly eat out there the next time we are in Eastbourne.

Was recently in eastbourne celebrating wedding anniversary at the Grand Hotel. Decided to eat out and found this little gem of a restaurant. It's Italian and French cuisine was amazing and the service was excellent. Definitely worth a visit.
