Fahrenheit is a stylish, city centre restaurant in the heart of Genting Club Manchester. The old 110 Restaurant has been completely refurbished and the new-look venue takes its name from the revolutionary Josper Grill installed in the kitchen. It can cook meat at up to 2,500 degrees fahrenheit, imparting a unique smoky BBQ flavour to the 35-day-matured Mathers Black Gold Scotch Beef steaks. As well as the flagship grills, the extensive menu offers plenty of choices such as starters like Seared Black Pearl Scallops with Garlic and Lime Butter and mains such as Tapenade Crusted Rack of British Lamb with Josper-Roasted Root Vegetables. The menu has been put together by ex-Claridge's Head Chef Paul Farr. The restaurant is open every day from 5pm until 11pm. Entry to the Genting Club's casino, bar and restaurant is restricted to over-18s.
