Gilbert's Bistro
One of Blackpool's best kept secrets tucked away in the Savoy Hotel on the North Promenade. Super 'up-market' ambiance with interested, if traditinal decor. Good A La Carte menu offering plenty of choice with English and continental dishes; very well presented, cooked perfectly and good sized helpings. Very pleasant and friendly staff.
