The Glasshouse Cocktail Bar & Bistro in Cleveleys is just a minute’s walk from the seafront and as the name suggests is a bright and airy venue with a fully glazed exterior and local art adorning the walls. There's a lunch menu available from 12pm to 3pm and the tapas menu kicks in from 5pm to 9pm. As well as a selection of speciality small plates such as Harissa and cumin spiced chicken wings and Crispy baby squid with black pepper aioil or sweet chilli there are sharing boards, salads and hearty big plates like fish and chips, sausage and mash and wild mushroom and goat's cheese risotto. There are also bar snacks and daily specials, a Sunday Roast and a cocktail list that covers classics and Glasshouse signature cocktails as well as a full selection of wines and drinks. Happy Hour is from 5pm-7pm, Tuesday to Thursday and there are £1 coffee refills available all day every day.
