Located next to the iconic Gateshead Millennium Bridge and a stone's throw away from the uber-trendy Baltic Art Gallery, Gusto is yet another reason to lure you into Newcastle's Quayside. Expect friendly service with a menu focused on freshly prepared classic and contemporary Italian dishes including an excellent range of pizza, pasta, seafood and meats. Choose from a la carte, lunch, childrens and set menus as well as vegetarian options. The bustling bar features a huge list of cocktails and groups are welcome – ask for the large ‘Con Amici' table. Gusto is open right through from noon until midnight Monday to Wednesday and 1am Thursday to Sunday. There is live music on Sunday evenings.

We love this restaurant, amazing decor and excellent menu choice. The Service is great and nothing is too much bother. We recommend this restaurant to all our friends. In fact we have friends coming up from London to tomorrow who have asked to go and we are booked in once again. Can't wait :)

I have eaten in this restaurant several times since its transformation from Est Est Est and each time has been amazing. Nothing is too much trouble for the waitresses and the menu has something for everyone. The atmosphere is great for a celebration or cosy meal for two and the bartenders can wow you with their choice of cocktails and talent at making them!
