The family, 7 of us, had a meal on Saturday evening (17th June) to celebrate my birthday. The staff were friendly and helpful the service was excellent. The meal was superb everyone enjoyed each of their three courses. There was a good, friendly and relaxed atmosphere in the restaurant. Can’t recommend la Fontana highly enough, especially the Tiramisu. Thanks for a great evening.

Went to this restaurant on Friday night . What a find. Fantastic service by very helpful and friendly staff. Food was amazing and service was second to none. It's a must if you're going to Blackpool.

Nine of us went for my son's 18th birthday and had an excellent evening. The staff were welcoming and very friendly all evening. We had phoned earlier to ask if we could drop off a birthday cake and balloons before we came. This was no problem. the food was great, cooked perfectly and well presented. When the cake was brought out we were offered plates if we wanted to eat some then but we were too full and a nice touch, everyone was brought a complimentary glass of wine.
Everyone said afterwards how much they had enjoyed the restaurant and will definitely be back. Thanks to all the staff for their hard work.

La Fontana is a wonderful dining experience. My wife and I ate their on the weekend in a busy, joyous and entertaining dining room. The food was excellent, the service was attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The staff were polite and charming, attending to all our needs, and our allergies. We spoke to another table sat across from us, and considering this was our first visit, we had chosen well as this place has a reputation for bringing people back, time after time. The evening was finished with a birthday surprise for another table, but the whole restaurant joined in with the celebrations, including the kitchen staff who made an uncanny appearance. Its the small things that make the big things happen, we felt at ease all night, even with a little wait for our mains the waiters were attentive and apologetic, but with a busy night it was understandable. Please give this place a try, it certainly deserves this review, and many more to come.

This little gem of a place is superb! We have just been for the junior dance comps in Blackpool and this lovely Italian was recommended by our hotel. All was well, right from the word go, a busy, beautifully decorated restaurant, with a vibrant atmosphere. The food and service was excellent, so much so we returned the following night. many thanks for a wonderful night, this place comes highly recommended! We have been to Blackpool year up on year, thank heavens we have now found this place as we will be back next year!

First time I had tried this restaurant and it will NOT be the last. Lovely place, nice atmosphere even although we were the only 2 customers on a rather dreary Tuesday night, we received a nice warm welcome. Food excellent, great steak, service very friendly and not overly priced for the centre of town. Loved it!! Janice
