The food is good. however the moment you step into the restaurant the odour of stale food with bathroom smells hit you. The chairs are grubby with remnants of dried food on seats and sticky tables. The toilets are filthy , both ladies and gents toilets. It appears that the staff dont notice and when pointed out we were told to complain to the manager. We did not since any self respecting establisment should not have to be reminded of basic standards of hygiene by clients.

Recently visited restaurant had been twice before no problems, but on this occasion ordered steak with baked potato, had to return meal twice because baked pot was freezing cold, looked across and noticed chef pulling a face because we had complained for second time! finally got the meal for the third time and potato was warmer on top, but cold inside and really really mushy, was disgusting for price! put us off returning again because no offer of price reduction for the inconvenience, they wasn't really bothered. that's two customers lost forever. sorry. you may be too busy to see to customers requirements correctly but its no good being busy if you cant KEEP the customers you have got. such a shame.
