Last night was my first visit to Madisons and it was horrid!!! A large scale fight broke out between two groups of young lads after a member of door staff let a situation go too far and get out of control. All the drinks on our table got smash, drinks and glass went all over us, in our hair, on our faces and even cutting my legs. After talking to the manager about the situation it was clear to see that he has no control over the place what so ever. When I saw one of the young boys that started the fight out side I asked another member of door staff , "Your not letting him back in are you?" I was shocked and upset by his response, "Get back inside and f**k off! Dont f***ing tell me how to do my job! F**k off and drink your drinks!" then two minutes later the boy that started the fight was back inside looking for trouble. Again, when I spoke to the manager about the door staff he had no control, not knowing the names of the people working for him and not being able to control the situation when this member of door staff and I ended up having a heated debate about the way he talks to people. Me and my friends lift and will not ever be going back, the place was an utter joke, full of underage drinkers and with a team of bar staff that all looked around 15 years old!

Madison’s has recently re opened after a huge re-furb. The place looks amazing! They have started to serve food too, which my mum and I thoroughly enjoyed, not elaborate, but tasted and looked great, compliments to the chef. Been in on Saturday evenings and what an atmosphere. The revamp has definitely made a difference. Well worth a nosy.

nice place to go for a drink, but even better to go for a night out. especially when NRG are performing there.Nrg made madisson's my fave place in rawtenstall.
