With its checked tablecloths, straw-clad bottles of Chianti, a Venetian mural and liberal doses of red, white and green, Mammas is the ultimate in traditional Italian dining. It first opened its doors in 1980 and has been under the same ownership ever since. You'll find it between Blackpool's North Pier and North Station and the dining area is spread out through a series of brick alcoves, making for a cosy and intimate dining experience. The food is as traditional as the décor with all the Italian favourites plus a daily specials board. Mamma's is famous for its stuffed mushrooms, spare ribs and its range of pasta dishes. There's also a tremendous range of special deals on offer. Open every day from 5pm and for lunch Monday to Saturday.
