The service was acceptable at the beginning, and the food initially tasted pleasant. However, the experience deteriorated significantly when we discovered hairs in one of our meals. This was extremely off‑putting and left both of us feeling unwell.
Despite the severity of the issue, only the affected meal was refunded, which was disappointing and did not reflect the level of concern one would expect in such circumstances. Additionally, it was concerning to observe that staff were not wearing hair nets or beard nets, and one server’s uniform appeared in need of cleaning.
Given these hygiene concerns and the inadequate response to the situation, I cannot recommend this establishment.
