I visited Michaels restaurant on Wednesday evening and had a great time, with excellent service and superb food. We both ordered from the early evening menu, having chicken liver parfait, and the pear and goats cheese salad as starters...then the sirloin steak and pork loin main course...all of the food was great, and portions were spot on...will definitely be returning in the near future!

We booked Michael's for a special meal with friends. The restaurant is fairly small but with a cosy atmosphere. The staff were fantastically efficient and courses were brought out promptly. Food was amazing. Give it a go, you won't be disappointed.

A well thought out menu to satisfy the most demanding taste buds. It is also great value for money if you choose the early bird menu during the week. The atmosphere is relaxed. The only problem seems to be getting in on a Saturday night!

great place to eat, i have been there 4 times in the last few months just because of the great food served here. porkbelly & monkfish main is fantastic, as is the chocolate fondant desert. Service is always very good, wine selection also great. i have eaten in many great places across the world and this ranks up there, it's definitely the best in the Southport area. i recommend everybody try this place!

I have been to Micheal's twice in the last month, and im planning more visits. The food served in this place was outstanding. First of all after we had been shown to our table, we were served our drinks and given a bowl of green pesto, red pesto, balsamic reduction, and olive oil dips, along with a selection of different bread. This was a good start. I ordered the prawn and avocado salad, and my partner ordered the smoked salmon starter. Then for main's we had the stuffed chicken brest with pasta and asparagus, and my partner had the porkbelly and monkfish, which was delightful. Michael's is a top restaurant in a good location, with friendly but professional staff, and great service. I recommend this place to all serious food lovers!!!

I have visited Michael's a few times and on each visit the standard of food and service have been very good. Rose is very welcoming and the young staff are enthusiastic. Maybe the restaurant could benefit from a little more ambience but overall very enjoyable.

The food here is fabulous and the staff are always friendly and make you feel welcome. We have eaten at many restaurant in the area and this is definitely the best.
