My mate simons 40th birthday (the old so and so) was the reason for my visit,And it must be said a very fine meal was had by all 14.95 for a 12 course banquet, the highlight being the crispy duck pancakes, It may not be trendy eating but, it is very tasty GO TRY IT YOURSELF,

Great restaurant since its little make over, food has always been good, but the new manager or owner has really hit a chord with the locals - it was packed out when we went on a weekday! The parking is a bonus in a place like Holmes chapel. Not that your car will ever be nicked, but to hide my embarrassment of parking my little Renault next to bmws, mercs and whatever! Good place to eat and friendly service all round! Winner!
