Pablo’s Restaurant and Bar

Went to this restaurant about a week ago. although the food was good we had to wait an hour between starter and main. The staff refused to even compensate a round of drinks which would have amounted to £7.00. The worst part is that there was a table of four people next to us and they complained and got some compensation. As well as that they arrived after us and got their food twice as quick!!!! when asked to speak to the manager the staff member said that they were at home?? on a busy Saturday night why would the manager be at home??

Enjoyed a lovely meal at Pablos tonight. Food excellent, friendly staff, great atmosphere, good value for money, lovely surroundings. Look forward to going again.

Having had several meals in the restaurant, the food quality has been constant, good quality produce, served in beautiful surroundings by very welcoming staff. Also the quality of the bar food is very good and served with the same care and attention given to the diners in the restaurant area. The bar area is well stocked with some fine wines and a wide range of spirits. Above all it is spotlessly clean !!!!!!!

My friend and I have just had lunch at Pablo's Restaurant in Lark Lane,Aigburth. The menu was very pleasing....and the service was too!! The waitress was bubbly and extremely efficient without being too intrusive. Then our lunch arrived....the best Fish and Chips I have ever tasted! Just a few months ago my husband and I ate at Rick Stein's Seafood in Padstow..that was good,but this was superior. This was the best 'Lunch' I have had in a long time. I would highly recommend Pablo's. Thanks,and enjoy your meal....Vivienne.

Food and ambience were great, but this was marred by the service and the management. Unfortunately will not be going again, not unless they start doing takeaway.

Top Of The World!

I am a chef, working at a top hotel. I have to say and strongly recommend that Pablos on lark lane has to be one of the best fine dining restaurant in liverpool! looking at the menu the prices was quite expensive for lark lane area! but the food was really up to standard! Modern plates and cutlery. Toilet was posh! better than malmaison hand dryers! The interior was cosy, cool and relaxing feeling! (the owners must be rich!). i had pea and asparagus soup to start, it was tasty and nice green colour (but thats not in season!) the main course.. i was blowing away, pork was so tender! it went well with the mash, pak choi and korean spice veg!(but where is the pork loin from?) the dessert was ok, twice baked choc souffle, soft and melt in your mouth feel. This restaurant has only opened in November 2008 it has to be a place to go! it was my first time there! but i will go again to see if it really is top notch!

We would strongly recommend a evening at Pablo's, the food was out of this world and the service was fantastic, "Sarah and Amanda were great"
