We went on a quiet Wednesday night and were eagerly greeted by two beaming waiting staff who took our coats and let us choose a table we liked. The service was sharp, entertaining and included a lot of conversation without being intrusive. The waitress translated the Italian specials board with great ease and recommended some lovely wine to compliment our choice. The food was fantastic, not pretentious and in enormous portions. We were really well looked after and it was a pleasure to be there.
