Came here for my birthday with a large group of friends - service was excellent and so was the food, particularly the Weeping Tiger and sticky rice. Staff brought out ice cream with candles in and sang Happy Birthday, which was not requested but was a nice touch. Always a pleasure to visit - just hope the herb wine is on the menu next time.

The food is absolutely amazing. Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, is delicious. On the down side, their service can be slow on Saturday, but worth the wait, as they cook their food fresh on orders (you can tell when you eat).
Wonder...
I've visited on Saturday night; the food is good I like it but the service just need to be improved. I understand it's business that the restaurant try to get customers into but the restaurant have to consider for a customer service in busy time.

Excellent Thai food at very reasonable prices. The chicken in bandan leaves is recommended, as is the sticky rice.

The best thai in leeds,if you're looking for a relaxed atmosphere, impeccable food and blooming good service.
Not on the cheap side, but well worth the dollars.

Sala Thai is Leeds' best Thai restaurant, and we think we've tried them all. Some of our favourite dishes: pork salad; red curry duck; green curry fish fillets. They are sometimes willing to prepare an authentic hor-mok, a sort of fish mousse served in a banana leaf. Divine. Even banal items like pad Thai are treated well. Tends to get over busy on weekends, best on weekday evenings.

All staffs are lovely and friendly with warm welcome...

Small and friendly. Staff wear traditional dress. Food always lovely. Weeping Tiger highly recommended
