The food is definitely not geared towards people who love Indian food!! I had chicken tikka massala and my wife had chicken bhuna. The chicken tikka massala was very very salty and the chicken bhuna tasted like a microwave meal from a budget supermarket brand! The waiters are unhelpful and the man on reception was very grumpy and lacked customer skills! If your after quality Indian food and a good atmosphere i would recommend the shajan!!!

Me and my friends have frequented Shahi Qila several times and had a good meal and the staff were great. Unfortunately the last time we went a few weeks ago we were not happy with food (over cooked and burnt) and the man who served us and cleared our plates was extremely rude and when we told the manager he just laughed.

If you want Brilliant Food, Amazing Atmosphere and Outstanding Service on one very large plate then this is the place for you.
Located just off Preston New Road in Blackburn the spacious beautifully decorated entrance in an amazing start to what will prove to be a great night out. That mixed in with large dining space and a car-park to fit roughly 60 cars you will never be let down.
Please bear in mind that this is a Buffét Restaurant and at only £10 for all you can eat (not including drinks/chips etc...) you will be surprised how little you will spend.
