We have been eating here for over 25 years and the food and service are terrific. It has recently undergone a refurbishment and it's a real pleasure to sit in the restaurant. Our son and his wife live in Australia and say the Shallimar is one of the things they miss most about England. Our whole family goes there even our grandchildren who were about 8months when they had their first Indian meal. Fantastic

We've been eating regularly here for about 15 years! Can't get a much better recommendation than that! Very welcoming restaurant with friendly, helpful staff. And naturally, the food is first-class! I'd recommend the Shalimar to anyone...

Whenever anyone asks me to recommend an Indian restaurant I always tell them about the Shalimar. The food is always excellent and the nothing is too much trouble for the staff.
