Ignorant, selfish locals hogging the bar. Took ages to get served. Salty soup, tough beef, cold veg, pricey wine. Won't be going again!

Not been before, recommended by a work colleague. Beautiful setting, especially when the sun is out and you're sat in the garden. Loved the food and wine and my boyfriend said the real ales were very good. Old and rustic with a good friendly edge, will certainly visit again

Very comfortable, even luxurious, and full of character. Staff are very courteous and enhance the eating and drinking experience. Ideal for a special evening out. Even our dogs are treated like valued customers.
