When you get your bill all the drinks are lumped together so with a big party lots of mistakes get made drinks should be itomised seperatly

I've been coming to your restaurant for many years and not had any problems until today! I came in Sunday 3.1.16 and sat down to enjoy the dim sum that gets offered at the table, one of your staff presented a dish and asked if we would like it? My wife asked what it was and was told "pork" and so we had it. upon payment we were told this was suckling pig, (if we had been told it was suckling pig we would have know it would be expensive and not to our tastes and would have refused) we come most Sundays for DIM SUM Sunday and feel sickened and annoyed to be offered a dish on DIM SUM Sunday not considered to be DIM SUM! and at a price of £14 plus a dish!! and to have not been told exactly what it was!Look forward to your response. Regards Paul.

The Tai Pan is the best Chinese food we have had by far & comes with high recommendation, I have travelled to the far east and the food is the best and all I can say is this place is the most authentic taste in the whole of Europe . . . . superb !!

Great food, great value, great service and great atmosphere, no reservations on booking again and please enjoy. Well done to the owners and staff of the Tai Pan for providing Liverpool with a Premier eating house. Henry - October 2011

Without doubt, the Tai Pan is the most consistent Chinese restaurant in Liverpool for quality of food and its pricing is second to none. In every respect, it is the most outstanding Chinese restaurant within Merseyside. At one time in the past, Tai Pan had the most beautiful female receptionist (Mei). WOW!

the restaurant is very clean and has lovely decor ,the staff cant do enough for you and are very prompt.menu has lots to choice from i am always spoilt for choice,we go to here in the afternoon and have the lunch menu this is great value for money. The chicken an sweetcorn soup is the best i have ever tasted,it comes in a big bowl and then served into smaller bowls by the waiter, always plenty left for second helping, the food whatever you choice will be as good ,i personally have never had better any were else and i have tried most meals on the menu ,so i can safely say i have had good choice.

I would recommend Tia Pan for all your Chinese dining! We went to the restaurant last night and it was the first time we had gone there and I could not fault it, the food was fantastic and the staff could not do enough for us. We ordered the Peking Duck which had to be specially ordered and it was no problem for them. When we got there we did not even have to wait for a table, the restaurant was lovely and the price of the meal was very cheap considering what we had. Thank you for a great experience and we will be coming again and again.

My partner and I visited the Tai Pan for the first time yesterday. There were a lot of Chinese diners which led us to believe the food would be really nice but i was disappointed. The food was mediocre and the service was not friendly at all.
