We have just returned from our stay at the Highlands, nothing was too much trouble for Lee and his team and we enjoyed our stay.I would recommend this Hotel to anyone who wants a good sleep, great beer and excellent food. They are having problems with their phone system at the moment which is a shame and are sadly losing custom due to terrible service from the company they use We will definitely be back

Have visited several times over the summer for lunch and tea and just recently visited for Sunday Lunch. Really good value for money and tasty food. Had Lamb Henry with chips and salad. The lamb was so tender and just love their chips.

the Highland Hotel is just perfect for any party or wedding meal as we have just had today Lee and his staff did us proud with excellent food and service can't thank you enough

Food is excellent and this could be a great pub if only the bar staff were able to treat customers with a modicum of civility. When ordering, one is made to feel totally unwelcome; it ruins what could be a nice experience and is probably why very few local people frequent the premises.

The Highlands Is A Great Dining Experience, In Me And My Family's Opinion It Is One Of The Very Best Restaurants In Blackpool. The Food Is Fresh And Always Cooked To Perfection, With Choice From Steak, Fish, Pasta And Curry You Are Truly Spoilt For Choice. The Modern Decor Brings Out A Modern Vide About The Venue. The Furniture Is Well Placed And Is Too Comfy. The Toilets Are Clean And The Restaurants Hygiene Is Fantastically Unbelievable. From The Minute You Walk In The Door Friendly Staff Are Waiting To Serve You, And With An Atmosphere Of Excitement The Highlands Is Truly The Place To Dine. The Only Given Fault Of The Restaurant Is That The Food Is Cooked In A Lengthy Period Which Of Course, To Impatient Customers Could Be Irritating. The Cost Of The Meals And Drinks Are Not Exactly What Some Would Call Cheap, However It Is Reasonable If You Are Willing To Pay Those Extra Pounds For A Warm And Friendly Environment And A Dining Experience That You Will Most Definitely Remember, The Highlands Is Truly The Place To Be.

we visit the highlands quite often and have always had an excellent meal, quality fresh local produce, great menu, the chef consistently produces fantastic food which reflects his great enthusiasm, decor is modern ,welcoming & exceptionally clean! & with a separate dining area you can relax, its more like a good restaurant with a great choice of beers, wines, staff are polite, friendly, what more can we say!
