We had heard a few people comment that the Resturant at the TIN HAT had a fine menu with interesting dishes. We eventually decided to visit last Tuesday evening at around 6 pm.The young lady who took our order at the bar was friendly, polite and extremely helpful.We were absolutley delighted with our fare( 1 rump steak and one sea trout.) We can honestly say that this was the best food we have ever tasted in a pub restaurant, ANYWHERE OR AT ANY TIME in more than 50 years. Sadly we broke a wine glass by accident at the end.
