Great little restaurant - found it more by accident than design, but so glad we did! Food was delicious and very reasonably priced. The staff were lovely; we wanted to bring our reservation forward a little and they could not have been more accommodating. I wished we lived closer - this would be a regular haunt if we did. Highly recommend!

Fat Loaf – SaleFor no good reason other than small children and a lack of childcare, hadn’t been since pre- Covid. Double date with the bestie- we had a fabulous time! Great atmosphere and very comfy in our booth. The Rioja red wine the best I’ve tasted. I had duck main which was tender and delicious, followed by honeycomb ice cream with PX sherry shot. The rest of the table had steaks, steak pie, chocolate fondant and crème brûlée. Clean plates and happy faces all round. Wait for food and between courses just right. Well looked after by the staff. Very proud for The Fat Loaf to be our local restaurant and to have survived so long. It is an absolute gem and we will be get back to becoming regulars! Thank you!

Fat Loaf – SaleWent on a Friday night (pre-booked) atmosphere was really nice and chilled, everyone was enjoying themselves. We had two courses and two bottles of wine, which was really decently priced! The food was honestly amazing, and service was spot on. I have been a couple of times and its never let me down, can't recommend enough.

Fat Loaf – SaleA fabulous welcome was given to us "non locals" and we were quickly made to feel right at home. Food was outstanding, being very creative with excellent flavours. Also a great choice of local craft beers and global wines are available. All of this at a very reasonable price, we will return.

The staff were very welcoming and never made us feel rushed even though we were the last people to leave that evening. Glad to support a great local restaurant.
