Wonderful place, great atmosphere and food was amazing. A hidden gem round the corner from where we live.

A really lovely meal in friendly atmosphere.

From the moment we entered the atmosphere was vibrant. Table was ready on time. The staff attentive snd knowledgeable about the unusual wines on offer. We opted for a Georgian red, which didn't disappoint. Food was excellent and great value for money. Will definitely be revisiting.

Food and wines here are excellent. Service good too. We visited on a very cold evening and it was quiet so the restaurant temperature wasn't warm enough and a bit uncomfortable to be brutally honest. Otherwise, we would definitely recommend and that has not put us off. We'll be back!

Perfect as always

We had a wonderful meal and night out here last night. Fantastic food,so much choice ,we struggled to choose. It was absolutely delicious. The wine we had was lovely too. We had a really lovely evening.

Excellent food as always, lovely ambience and well looked after by Mo and the team. Try it if you havent been before.

Great little restaurant - found it more by accident than design, but so glad we did! Food was delicious and very reasonably priced. The staff were lovely; we wanted to bring our reservation forward a little and they could not have been more accommodating. I wished we lived closer - this would be a regular haunt if we did. Highly recommend!

Really can’t fault the Fat Loaf, every time we go the service, food and wine is just first class and very reasonably priced. They are extremely polite and professional and are a credit to the village.

Amazing food - we went as a family of 4 and each (unusually) had 3 courses - starters, mains and puds - all plates cleaned as all were excellent. Lovely local feel and atmosphere too. We’ll definitely be back!!

Sunday evening family meal for my wife’s birthday. Food was incredible, service was fantastic and we will definitely be going back!
