Red Fort – GlasgowHave driven past this restaurant many times without knowing just how good it is! This truly is a a gem of a restaurant with amazing food served by friendly, polite and helpful staff. The Mexican food here is second to none and the portions are huge. This has become our favourite local restaurant and well worth the short journey . Also love sitting in the picturesque beer garden until the sun goes down!
The Kettlebridge Inn – FifeWell, where to start...this place is definitely good, don't kid yourself.....excellent service hands down, friendly awesome staff....and the food...well...it definitely is what is ....damn good. I can't say enough about how good this place is. This is a gem. No Quarter is spared.. Thank you so much!
Creelers – Isle Of SkyeEverything was absolutely first-class.
Charlie Chan Chinese Restaurant – HighlandsI HAVE VISITED YOUR ESTABLISHMENT TWICE RECENTLY. FIRST VISIT (DINNER) I WAS HIGHLY IMPRESSED BY THE AMBIANCE, GOOD FOOD AND FRIENDLY STAFF ALTHOUGH THE SERVICE WAS SLOW I THOUGHT BECAUSE IT WAS BUSY. SECOND VISIT (LUNCH) HOWEVER HAS PUT ME OFF COMPLETELY. TWO AND A HALF HOURS FOR LUNCH IS WAY TO LONG. SEVERAL PEOPLE WALKED OUT BECAUSE NOBODY WAS ATTENDING THEM. IT WOULD BE HELPFUL IF THERE IS NOBODY TO GREET YOU - TO AT LEAST HAVE A SIGN SAYING WAIT TO BE SEATED ETC. PEOPLE ARE CONFUSED WHEN THEY COME IN. NOT GOOD ENOUGH, ALTHOUGH THE FOOD IS GOOD IT IS FAR TOO SLOW AND THE CARRY ON WITH THE BANK CARD MACHINE WHEN PAYING IS RIDICULOUS. IF IT DOESNT WORK IN THE DINING ROOM -- ALLOW PEOLE TO PAY AT THE BAR. AFTERALL YOUR BANK CARD IS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE OUT OF YOUR SIGHT WHEN PAYING, DISAPPOINTEDLY YOURS CATHERINE SPINKS
The Dining Room – FifeSuch a shame that people are so unfamiliar with the location of this restaurant. Staff are very friendly and attentive, food is good , cooked as it should be . Lasagne is hot, as it should be, no mushrooms in it . Sauces are authentic and food is cooked to order. So, stretch your legs a little and take a walk down to al dente. It really is a nice place to spend the evening.
Al Dente – GlasgowThis is the ultimate in Indian dining, each dish totally individual and cooked to perfection, food is always to a high standard and the service first class this restaurant is easily the top Indian restaurant I have had the pleasure to dine in. A must for curry lovers
Shish Mahal – Glasgowjasmin one chinese restaurant giffnock glasgow
Jasmin One – GlasgowNot one of the previous reviewers i would guess have ever tasted authentic Mexican food , this is your bog standard old el paso mexican food bland and boring! nicely decorated place with an okay atmosphere but Mexican food it is not!
The Bonnybank Inn – FifeVisited Mi Amore for the first time on Saturday for lunch. It was exceptionally good value for money at £6.95 for 2 courses and there was a lot to choose from on the menu. Very friendly staff. The evening menu looks good too.
Mi Amore – AberdeenYes my husband and I went for a meal last night. The meal was superb and the service was very friendly
Garlogie Inn – Aberdeenthe food is very see, i was in it Saturday night there with my sister and mum we enjoyed our meal and we always get a take away from there 2.
Alishan Tandoori – GlasgowThis is surely a beacon of hope for foodies within the current Edinburgh restaurant scene. The food, service and ambience are all consistently first class. As a keen cook and culinary disaffected citizen it is the only Edinburgh restaurant worth a visit .
Ondine – EdinburghWe have eaten and ordered from the neelim every week for 12 years but will never ever do so again! We had to throw our food in the bin from our take away the last time as it was off. When we called to complain the girl said next order would be discounted. When we called out the next week the manager was obnoxious and rude and instead of apologising he insinuated we had lied and said it was up to us if we wanted to take our business elsewhere! Wouldn't like to add up how much we spent as loyal customers over the years but will never set foot in it again and now use ashoka.
Neelim – Glasgowgreat food lovely staff restaurant very nice
Harrington’s Tea Room – MotherwellLovely authentic Indian food with an excellent choice...Large Nan breads and excellent value for money. As this is an unlicensed restaurant you can take as much of your own alcohol as with last your company's visit. Nice staff, polite and courteous. I am a regular now. Highly recommended.
Manzil Tandoori Restaurant – DundeeABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING TAKEAWAY, RUDE STAFF AND VULGAR FOOD, FOUND HAIRS IN OUR CHIPS AND MY PARTNERS CHICKEN WAS NOT FRESH AND NOT COOKED PROPERLY, MY SAUSAGES WERE FULL OF GRISTLE AND I WAS VERY ILL THE NEXT DAY. WENT BACK WITH FOOD AND STAFF WERE VERY RUDE TO US!
The Plaice in the Square – PerthWe ate here quite a few times during our holiday last summer. We tried the "posh" chippy, but found this one infinitely preferable, and the haddock and chips were to die for.
The Waterfront Chip Shop – Fife2 courses for £16. Available Monday to Friday until 7pm.
