Absolutely gorgeous meal. The Tilley Raven never disappoints. Beef brisket was so tender and flavoursome. Fantastic value for money too.

We had lovely evening food great staff looked after us

We were a party of four celebrating my birthday. It was obvious from when we arrived there was a shortage of staff. There was 1 member of staff running the bar , taking food orders and serving. We had to wait a while to order our food. The food took about 30 mins to arrive by which time my granddaughter was complaining she was hungry. When the food arrived we were very disappointed. The chips were burnt and greasy. The gammon was overcooked. The curry was greasy and prawn crackers were brown and greasy. The fish batter was also greasy. The kids menu should have come with beans. It was substituted for peas without asking. Our granddaughter doesn’t eat peas . We have been to the Bull numerous times. We have always been happy with the quality of food and service. We chose this venue as it was a special occasion and also dog friendly. We were very disappointed on this occasion and won’t be going back in the near future.

Meal booked at Tilley Raven after long drive from North. Staff were excellent and food too. All requests catered for and it was definitely a good recommendation from our Airbnb host at the Stables in Wem. Thxs

Were so lucky to have a wonderful chef Mark @Tilley Raven recently welcomed for breakfast before Wem Carnival so good just what you need to set you up for the long day ahead nothing is to much trouble Kerry always makes us very welcome . Thank you for having the faith in The Raven after it was closed for 2 years and supporting Tilley Village Carnival Float Looking forward to celebrating this Christmas with friends from the village hopefully Santa will visit again Just one little niggle please update the website with current photos of staff not those which have long departed .

Nice pub. Service was a bit slow on food. Looked like they were using only a couple of staff Friendly staff even so.

Accommodate our large party of 12 superbly. Food was excellent with large portion sizes. Had a really enjoyable time. Would recommend

We have had Sunday lunches in countless places over the years but this is by far the best lunch ever. Not only great value for money but the service is impeccable and the quality of the food is second to none. We have been twice now, with friends, and will be returning soon

Very tasty food! Enjoyed a wonderful family meal here and every morsel was well cooked, well presented and tasted delicious! The children's menu was varied and portions were generous and probably more than enough for our little ones.

Fabulous customer service and excellent food

We come here regularly for the excellent Sunday lunch. This time my children had sausage and mash, and the beef burger from the kids menu. Portion sizes were large, satisfying my 13 year old. I had 10z steak, which was lovely. Wife had SFC burger which was so big she couldn’t pick it up. Always recommend this pub.

Booked in on a Saturday evening at the Tilly. Great staff attending to all our needs. Fantastic food really tasty. Would definitely go again.
