Solo traveller with dog so it’s hard to find nice dog friendly places to eat in the evenings. I can’t recommend Fifty Four highly enough. They popped up in a Google search, booking was clear and so easy, and the restaurant was easy to find. I couldn’t have been made more welcome, and my dog too. The service was fast and friendly and the food was excellent. I didn’t feel awkward enjoying my coffee after my meal and enjoyed the live music. Absolutely fabulous place, wonderful staff and great food. Will definitely visit again.

We had a lovely meal prior to our theatre visit. The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive to our needs. We had various dishes from the tapas menu. All dishes were very well prepared and the quality of the food was excellent. We will definitely be back.

Lovely brunch at Fifty Four on Sunday morning. Great service, nice environment and delicious food - Caramelised Banana Pancakes and Shakshuka. Will definitely be back.

Lovely staff and terrific food. Chicken Tikka marinaded from scratch which is a very rare thing these days. The same applies to their shami kebab which also came with our mixed kebab starter. My jalfrezi for mains was also delicious and not at all greasy. So lucky to have Imli's in St Annes doing things properly and at a very fair price. Will be back again as soon as our baby sitter allows! x

The food and selections were excellent. My wife's birthday made her day. We will be staying again in the near future.

We had a lovely meal here on New Years Eve. The atmosphere was good, the food excellent and the staff excellent at customer service. Couldn’t fault a thing and will definitely return

Visited Fifty Four on numerous occasions and the experience is always first class. Wonderful service and extremely high quality food. Look forward to our next return in 2023.

Booked a table for 4 for new years, generally nice experience. Starters were really tasty, chicken kofta as the main wasn’t too nice but just our opinion. We thought there might be a singer on for new years which would of had more of an atmosphere. Value for money was great

First visit since moving to St Anne's. A catch up with a friend. As a vegetarian was enough choice including the specials board. Flatbread starter enough for two. Cannelloni dish nice, friend had mussels. Both had waffle desserts. Was very quiet so food was made fresh, short wait but worth it. Loved the environment; hygge influence. Nice toilets which is always a positive. Service good, polite and efficient young ladies. A lovely experience although I did feel some prices were high.

We booked for a meal online for 6th December at 1.30. This was confirmed by email. When we arrived the restaurant was closed. There was no sign on the door explaining why they were closed, and the place was deserted. We looked online and it said the restaurant was open. Today I’ve received an email saying they hoped I enjoyed my meal, and asking me to review my visit. Usually the food and service is excellent.

My partner and I took my 82 year old mum for lunch at the Glendower in St Anne’s on Sunday 27th November. From the moment we arrived we loved the fabulous Christmas decorations the tree was beautiful and my mum insisted on having her picture taken by it. We had a glass of wine in the bar area before our lunch at 13.00. The young lady who took us through to our table and who looked after us throughout the meal was lovely and nothing was too much trouble. The menu was varied ,,but my mum was disappointed that there was no turkey on it so the young lady asked the chef who cooked us a fabulous turkey lunch ! We throughly enjoyed all of the three courses the food was excellent in quality and presentation. The young team who looked after us were very helpful throughout . We will definitely return.

We went to the Glendower for afternoon tea and had a fabulous time . The hotel was decorated beautifully for Christmas . We were greeted by lovely members of staff who were really attentive throughout. We had our afternoon tea in the lounge area which was beautiful and warm . The food was so lively and made fresh . Everything was perfect and so reasonably priced. I would highly recommend.
