Great food and service

I have eaten in a 2 star Michelin restaurant and the food here is better….BETTER!… than there. Relaxed and friendly staff, pleasing seating arrangement and decor, we were very comfortable here Thoughtful wine list to complement the cuisine and reasonably priced too The food however is the star, I was surprised at the quality, cooked perfectly delicate and subtle flavours, very clever use of spices I am excited to return, and will as soon as possible If you really appreciate good food then I recommend this Restaurant to you….it’s in a class of its own

On a visit to St Anne’s and introduced to 54, not disappointed. Excellent food and service, well recommended.

The food and service is exceptional!!! From start to finish we were made to feel very welcome. The food was freshly cooked and tasted amazing. The restaurant is very clean and nicely decorated. I would certainly recommend and will be returning next time we are in the area

Excellent food, wide variety and good value.

I went here for late lunch with my 3 brothers to celebrate my retirement. Service, food and drinks were all superb. Easily the equal to big city big name tapas bars. Very relaxed atmosphere. I actually can't think of a better meal that I've had recently. Thank you.

Disappointing food, ambiance and service.The food is very average and overpriced, the restaurant was very cold. I had to sit with my coat round my shoulders the whole evening. The waiters were very unprofessional, not even mentioning the specials board. A lot of the dishes are not as they sound on the menu, cost cutting.

Food very good especially the tapas and the staff very friendly and helpful. Would certainly go again.

We came as a group of 8 ,on Saturday night ! I have to say everyone of us enjoyed the food and the atmosphere so much so 6 of them returned for the breakfast on the Sunday.,! An absolute AMAZING PLACE TO EAT AND MEET .and what amazing helpful professional staff ! Thanks for a lovely evening.

Really nice food and excellent service. Had the Sunday lunch and a fillet steak sandwich. Both lovely, speedy service and very attentive. Would definitely go again

We had dinner as a family of four and the meal was exceptional. Our son has a dairy allergy and they spent time talking through the menu on what he could have. Nothing was too much trouble. The owner and staff were really engaging. The meal, drinks and service were fantastic. We eat out on a regular basis and will most definitely be back.

Third time eating here.Met the owner on two occasions,and the chef also introduced himself,which is always nice to see these days.The staff are polite and cheerful and the food is brilliant.We have introduced our friends and family to 54

We had dinner last night and the food was amazing. Service was a bit slow but it was extremely busy. I will definitely be back when staying in the area again

Excellent attentive service, very patient with our indecisiveness and great recommendations. The food was delicious in presentation and taste and the atmosphere was cosy and contemporary at the same time. Couldn’t fault anything.
