Fifty Four – Lytham St. AnnesAs usual for a Sunday lunch the food was lovely and great service from friendly staff. One of our favourite places to eat
Coast Brasserie @ The Glendower Hotel – St. Annes-On-SeaFood was OK but won't be going again. Not a fan of dogs being allowed in places serving food. Not very hygienic.
Fifty Four – Lytham St. AnnesUp to usual high standard
Coast Brasserie @ The Glendower Hotel – St. Annes-On-SeaIt was Saturday lunchtime, just a nice amount of people eating there. After a slightly disappointing visit last time, the food was back to the previous standard. Good quality ingredients, well cooked, excellent flavours. Good portion sizes for the money. The croquettes had proper shredded chicken in them, the meatballs were good solid minced beef and the prawns tasted fresh. The meatball sauce was rich and tomatoey. Really impressed with the food. If there was any room for improvement, I’d say the service can be a bit slow at times. In the summer, the outside area is lovely to sit in.
Fifty Four – Lytham St. AnnesWe visited Fifty Four yesterday after it was recommended by our host at the B&B we are staying at. The food and service was excellent and we would definitely return. The pasta and dough balls were fresh and delicious!
Fifty Four – Lytham St. AnnesWe had a lovely lunchtime meal.Service was excellent and a member of staff went the extra mile when she brought my Dad a sample of the soup to try to make sure it wasn't too spicy for him.Thank you.
Coast Brasserie @ The Glendower Hotel – St. Annes-On-SeaVery pleasant evening. My friend and I enjoyed our meal. There was a very noisy crowd on one table but the waiter had put as as far away as possible.
Coast Brasserie @ The Glendower Hotel – St. Annes-On-SeaEnjoyed a very nice meal here on Friday night. The food was well prepared and tasty and although we only had one course we had a lot of choices. It was busy but the atmosphere was good and the service was good. There were choices of different priced dishes to satisfy the appetite of anyone.
Fifty Four – Lytham St. AnnesExcellent food and service. Will definitely return. We felt this place is a little gem
Fifty Four – Lytham St. AnnesThis is the fourth time off coming here, The service is always spot on And the food is 10 out 10, My Dad and I love coming here whent travelling up from Oxfordshire, Keep up the good work x
Fifty Four – Lytham St. AnnesOverall very disappointing staff were ok but can tell they were young and not very experienced we have been before and the it was a fab experience so it's definitely gone down hill we asked what mocktails they had and they didn't have a clue also there was a dog in there barking most of the time so definitely a bad experience and have been put off going again
Fifty Four – Lytham St. AnnesAbsolutely wonderful, just a good as last time we went.
Fifty Four – Lytham St. AnnesReally disappointed.! We booked the restaurant some weeks ago and we were looking forward to a lovely evening after attending the Blackpool Airshow. The event was superb, but sadly the restaurant was a let down. Starters were tasty and excellent value however the mains were disappointing. The Fillet of chicken with diane sauce looked and tasted awful. So sorry we'll not be returning.
Allegria – St. Annes On Seafantastic food atmosphere and staff well recommend this place
Fifty Four – Lytham St. AnnesThis was booked for my boyfriend’s birthday meal out as staying over in St. Annes. Overall it was fairly disappointing. The food was superb, second to none, each dish we had was lovely. Unfortunately the whole experience was let down by the non-existent atmosphere, it didn’t seem to have a personality and the staff, whilst efficient, we’re not overly friendly or didn’t know how to make customers feel welcome or build relationships. I imagine they’d have been at home in a Costa Coffee type role, but it didn’t work for us in a restaurant on a Saturday night! Plus the cheap back seats that had been plastered together with grey gaffer tape we’re not consistent with the rest of the decor. In addition, We ordered two cocktails to start the celebrations, and whilst my partner visited the facilities he notice that it was 2 for 1 cocktails on Saturday night. We mentioned this as the waitress bought ours over, and she just said ‘yes, it had to be two of the same’, so why didn’t she mention that out of courtesy when we ordered them…very odd!
Fifty Four – Lytham St. AnnesWent for our 12th wedding anniversary on Saturday evening and had an excellent meal. The food is always good here but on Saturday it was really very good. The quality of ingredients and attention to detail really set this apart as a restaurant that really loves what they do and have a product they are rightly proud of. The service is attentive without being overbearing and there is a real buzz to the atmosphere. A special place run by special people.
Un Momento – St Annes on SeaOverall we enjoyed our meals last evening... the one gripe being the quality of the fish I ordered.... nowhere near as good as a local chippy... indeed I would say it was very bland and tasteless. Desserts we're superb and the service second to none with a special mention for Daniella.. who went out of her way to make us happy.
