Amazing place with superb food and service

Once again fantastic food, delicious and everything was served hot, staff very friendly can not fault at all..

Everything about this place is faultless, the food is excellent and plentiful, the surroundings and atmosphere is excellent, the staff are attentive and respectful, had a throughly enjoyable evening.

Food is great as ever, the robots are a novelty and the staff are great too. HOWEVER the place was freezing and no hot running in the toilets. I have just called tonight to book again - but checking if the heating was fixed and if there would be hot running water in the toilets - I was told the could not guarantee that. Made a note to boom in the summer and take hand wipes . . . sorry TCB

Fabulous evening from start to finish. Celebrated the Chinese New Year in style here. Everything was superb including the entertainment and as ever the food and service.

We had a very enjoyable night at Sing Faye, thanks to the excellent, friendly staff and delicious meals. Keep it up.

This is our go to Chinese restaurant for any occasion..... Lovely food and attentive friendly staff even when they're really busy.

Service was outstanding for our table of 10, food was amazing. First visit to this restaurant for all 10 of us & we will be going back. Booked in for 5pm on 29/12/22 & although they got busy around 6pm, we never waited for food or drinks.

We visited during the festive period, we knew it was a bit more expensive than other Chinese restaurants in the area but wanted to treat ourselves, we were very disappointed, the food was cold & was definitely not fresh, will not be going back again.

Waited over an hour for food! Staff was abit rude when asked! And Coke was flat!
