Food was lovely, staff were apologetic and pleasant, but that's where it ends. Poor management amd organisation. Upon entering we had to join a queue in the doorway where there was a large group paying individually. Our reserved table was not ready, even tho it was not full. Then told it was ready, only to find another waitress had given it away! So we found ourselves waiting in the doorway again. Payment should be made at the table, and the desk used solely for greeting customers. No condiments on the table, and the vi negar bottle looked like it had come from the chippy. My online dietary request had not been done, even tho they were happy to organise it once I got there. The tables were much too close together, no privacy whatsoever. Then even tho we asked for the bill at the table we were expected to go and queue in the doorway again to pay! It's a restaurant not a fast food place!!!! People at the table next to us asked 3 times where their drinks where. Our coffees were luke warm and more like warm milk! It's a poor relation to other Brazilians such as Brembrazil! These issues need addressing if it is to compete!
