Not worth the money one of the meats was wonderful I would have been happy to eat the steak as a meal but the rest of the meat was nothing special

This is a lovely place. Really enjoyed it. Food and service excellent. Will definitely go again. Do think the menu choices need to increase. But every course we did have was exceptional.

I was a bit disappointed with the menu. 5 Items on the main course and two of them fish, which I don’t eat. So I really struggled. In the end opted for the Beef fillet which was the most expensive at £28. However, the food was amazing. Couldn’t fault it at all, best meal i’ve had at a restaurant in a long time. I would go back but it would be nice to be able to view the menu first which is lacking due to there being no website. A special occasion place, I think which in some ways is a shame as I would like to visit more often.

Starting with the positives the décor is great, the front of house and waiters and ambience with the piano brilliant however the food leaves a bit to be desired. Starters of pork croquet and lamb tasty mains of plaice which would have been cold by the time my partner had removed all the bones had it not been luke warm already as was my rib of beef but at least mine was tasty enough. It is a shame as St Helens needs somewhere like this but for the prices they charge they need to improve the food. Will probably visit again to give them another chance.

Very good food, reasonably priced menu, appalling service.

I took my mum here for her 45th birthday, we had a great choice of cocktails to start and finish our evening with, it was my second time here and it was just as good as I remembered from the first time. The food is fantastic and I recommend it to any meat lover! Mum enjoyed it too so that’s the main thing

Went on a Tues when it was a little cheaper, lovely place, nice staff, very helpful, the range of meat was amazing, and really nice, some of the meat a little red inside for me, but lots of choice, the salad bar was ok but could be even better. Worth the money even though it is a little expensive, but if you go make sure your hungry. Will go back.

Absolutely amazing food and staff. Excellent for birthday parties etc definitely be rebooking, more as likely make this our all time favourite. Thank you ever so much

Lovely meal, great service. Hard to believe we were in St Helens. Let's hope other investors follow with more fabulous restaurants and bistros.

Took my wife to the Dean restaurant on Saturday night to celebrate our anniversary. The food is amazing, we had the pork croquette for starters followed by the Sea Bass. Both courses were cooked to perfection. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very chilled and the piano player is a great addition. The decor is very classy, and all staff members were very attentive. Will definitely be booking again

Took my wife for a birthday meal. Pleasant atmosphere and welcoming hosts. Lounge drinkers were a little noisy. Unhurried service made us feel relaxed. Food was good for the most part, tasty and well presented. I like my meat well done, but the medium rare lamb and venison brought were nice enough - wasn't asked about a preference. My wife was complementary of both her starter and mains. The dessert menu is being changed, so we accepted an alternative that did not impress, but our concern was promptly dealt with. Felt £20 for House wine, £10 a basic cocktail and being charged £2.50 for a drinks mixer was a little steep, but when you set it against £28 for a main course containing about 4 oz of meat then maybe it is to be expected and hence my scores below. WOULD I GO BACK? I would, if only to see if it had improved and only on a special occasion - would need to save up first!

Lovely surroundings. Great atmosphere. Relaxed, friendly but efficient service. Great selection of wines recommended by the young but knowledgeable wine waiter. The food was very good. Had the pork croquettes and sea bass. Tasty. However we felt the main courses were a bit overpriced. If the main courses were were 5 or 6 pounds cheaper, would probably go more regularly.

Myself and my family have been going to this restaurant for many years. Best Chinese around! We would never go anywhere else for Chinese food, the service and food is exceptional . Staff are very pleasant and happy throughout dining here. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Recently had a meal here with 2 friends. Beautiful tasty food, reasonably priced. Lovely atmosphere. Will definitely dine here again.

We came 13th June, had booked a table for 530 as we arrived there was no meat ready waited about half an hour, when the meat was cooked omg was like eating salt on every different cut of meat, Been before and was lovely but not this time at all won't return now.

Visited Bruno’s for the first time and loved it. All staff very friendly and food was excellent. Can’t wait to visit again with the family.
